Governor Rockets / AKA Rocket Man Changelog

 This fabulous idea would give the governor access to retrieve an Offroad AT once per term / restart (or however devs see fit). This vehicle will be stocked with a dozen SPG-9 rounds or whatever amount the devs see fit. The government of Altis has noticed an increase in rebellious behavior and has decided to respond... with rockets.

Have you tried talking to them? Maybe get upset when they leave without acknowledging you?
