APD restraint hotkey + windows key

hello APD gamers, for too long we have struggled with dogshit outdated scroll wheel options!!! I am proposing a good restraint hotkey that aint utter shite and a lovely windows key menu for tickets/send to jail etc that can allow us to police more efficiently.

I spam my bind and get those restraints done asap

Pretty sure if you don’t have the scroll option you can’t restrain the guy. Plus there is a delay on how fast you can use it. I wonder who abused that.

used to be that you didn't even have to be downed or restrained. i would just run through kavala restraining everybody I seen

Its because the APD used to run around spamming the button restraining nearest player without even looking at them.

Unfortunately due to previous actions from officers the restrain key will remain how it is (Needing direct line of sight)
