Gang QOL changes

Cartel event capture point

-Add a display on the left with time left and how many points each gang has

-Add a garage to the flag so we can pull after the event and not be stranded

 

Gang Boat

-Allow owners to lock the doors on the boat to reduce the camping

-Add the number of people in the circle on the map

-Add a second vehicle spawn for ground vehicles 

 

Vehicle upgrades

-When opening the vehicle upgrade menu let the player see what upgrades the vehicle currently has

You're circling the drain again. Perhaps focus on apd and server rules features. They're endless if you've never seen them before.

Hey @Chris Peacock I love this idea! But unfortunately this would be too "cancer"/hard to implement into the server. Although this was already implemented for turfs that was "cancer" enough already. Next time I suggest looking at the denied section of the suggested posts

Just have the cartel event drop a vehicle if adding a garage isn’t possible?

We can add a display, and a spawn point to the gang boat.
for the rest camping is fine deal with it can happen at any rebel and the moving around capture point will not have a garage
