remove making moonshine

remove the ability to sit at a shed with a car and make moonshine its stupid and over powered with almost zero risk. Any way of making money where you can store in seconds is silly and makes people not move around and will in the end kill the server again.Thanks for coming to my TEDTALK

The ability to cook right next to an owned house or a house you have keys to is a bug, and will be fixed next patch
