Speed Radar Reads License Plate -> Displays name of first registered owner (or something)

Throughout my years of being a cadet, constable, cadet, constable and so on. I have yet to see anyone use the speed radar in real time other than MarchingBands during my last RA and I think adding something to it might be interesting it rather than to continue to allow it to be forgotten feature. I think similar to how cop cars, now, have ALPRs (automated license plate readers) IRL. It could display a name or something below the speed limit number (at least the first user on the vehicle registration), maybe even like the name could be red if they have 'warrants'/bounty and its greater than 2500. I don't know its lame, but it could be cooler than it is. Now I'm not saying if a car passes you with a bounty you should be immediately alerted, but as long as the radar is active, and in range and pointed at the car it would be better than a Tilda key and having to check that wanted database while in a car driving solo, and it would make sense as a cop car realistically would have technology in it to assist officers rather than being a paper mache arts and crafts project.

Edit: if the speed cameras can do it, we should be able to

It's actually the most useless feature on cop. Basically EVERYONE is speeding on Altis because the speed limit is so low.

Still would rather an alternative to going to the wanted menu if possible so you're driving solo you don't have to stop manipulating the car to open the menu, so you can focus on driving unless you see something that stands out.
