so cops need people who can fly properly ect get to places combat land ..land with out an engin and do outher things without crashing and burning so i make this ple soo cops who want to fly have to applily to join this deparment they should be tested on there abilty both with rules and a practical test both done by new ranks of air instructors who should be able to conduct test and train people to fly

This is cool in practice but would we discipline people that don’t have an “Air Certification”? What happens if I a brand new constable wants to go fly his helicopter? They then have to go through another possible week of training or test just to be able to pull a humming bird. If this was a more strict RP server or more realistic RP server I see adding something like this but with the current state I think it would just be too much work for someone new. 
 

With that being said FTO may at any time conduct a helicopter training with some of the guys and give them tips.

Thats cool and all, but we need to focus on something more important. All APD officers should know how to effectively use their weapon and have a good understanding of the mechanics of the game. 
 

But that’s just too much to ask for.

Conceivably we could make it such that special air certified officers could pull out unique helicopters, or other helis above their rank.

Nobody in the apd is a good enough pilot to decide who get certified

Look I love zdeat but I don’t think I’ve ever survived a combat drop that he’s done and hasn’t done one successfully on civ vs me. No hate he’s better than me when it comes to flying but yaknow

same thing we do normaly  so if a person who is not “Air Certified is caught flying then he would recivie like two points on disapline ps im talking about makeing a standerd so you wouldent be expected to do theis tyupe of shit see in vid but more standerd like j hooking in feiled which is easy and wouldent take a week to learn like i have a test you could do so start 2000k above cassel in kav and get down and land on the heli pad on hospital then fly to the next spot then an engine fail so you can land with out dieing small movment for controll then chanooking a ifit to a gas station roof
