Bounty Hunter Honor system change

you know how hard it is to get bountys with the current situation however its still fun playing bounty hunter for most, its just really hard to rack up honor and takes a really long time so when a player dc's on you in cuffs or exploits and you put a report in , yeah you get the money but for a lot of people they aint in it for the money they want honor . so my suggestion is to make a way to add honor to players who have lost it due to bugs, glitches , combat dc's when they cant be sent to jail . i think this feature would make a huge impact for something so small.
