Reinstate V2 the day before they announced the wipe.

Fuck v3 Fuck the people that "grinded" v3 then the server immediatly died. People in v2 spent years of playtime grinding and earning everything they had and these V3 shitters do nothing but bitch because they might lose houses they have had for about 3 months and paid fuck all for. V2 had a more consistent playerbase and lots of old time players. We sank a retarded amount of money into Tokens, Houses, Skins, Dom, Cartels. Trying to earn titles and grinded our dick off then it all gets taken away? If no V2 no Server lets be fuckin real here arma has been on the decline for consistent Altis Life players and Most of us in V2 are what it has left. Do whats right and revert the server to the day the wipe was announced.

Personally I don't care which way this goes, but this is a terrible point. A lot of people gave up for the same reason Jeff said and the amount of time they devoted to the server just for it to get taken away. I'm shocked post wipe had that many players, but it died just like the previous server so your statement can go either way, the same people gave up because of the shitty team managing it.

you ever hear the saying the more you own the more it owns you? they need to learn how to move on for the better, their money and titles can be earned back. And those who did have things like this i'm pretty sure are getting benefits such as prestige that can maybe be redeemed for money? I'm not sure how true that is, but it is not like they are starting from absolute zero. I'm sure if they play they will have plenty of fun even without having a fucking mountain of cash in their bank, and eventually, sooner than they might realize, they'll be right back where they were.

Server wiped fresh players came and left like most new players do. The OGs stick around and add consistent player pop for the new players to grow into. With no Ogs you wont have any consistent playerbase that truly gives a fuck about the server and sticks around. People spent COUNTLESS hours days months years into this server calling it their main game and home on arma 3 just to get fucking swept into the gutter for the wipe.

When the server wipes, it gives EVERYONE a fair shot at getting to a high spot financially in the server. Before, there was around a dozen active players who had so much money they can pull ifrits, have multiple houses filled with kits, buy rpg's, buy suicide vests etc with absolutely no worry. If you want to play the server just to be rich, you still can, it will take maybe a week or two to get back to where you were before. But at the same time it lets everyone else have a fair shot.

How about instead of giving up because you lost your virtual money, try the server out, i'm sure you'll have plenty of fun without needing to be rich, its a game, not a credit union

The subject is a lost cause, mostly everyone stopped playing before wipe when they had all the money(except to retain the "prime" houses they had maybe once a week for 5 minutes). Decided that they didn't like the wipe and still continue to not play on the server. You mean to tell me that if they revert back to v2 before wipe was announced the player pop is gonna hit 100 daily again????? If so I say do it! but highly unlikely to change anything.

Having an emotional connection with your virtual money and giving up because you lost it is even worse, like I said, it's a game. And yes people with less money obviously have a disadvantage, that's the whole point, you want more players right? Give the ones who don't have time to grind 24/7 a chance. You're upset because you lost your advantage of hogging the same houses you've owned for years.

tbh the players that actually played the server after wipe and grinded above 10 mil get fucked for the second time with prestige it's just another sneakwipe for anyone that wasn't just afk filling slots

well I don't think that's ever going to change however with this update since 90% of your money is going to waste after 10 mil, no ones gonna sell their prime real estate unless it's for out of game currency. Making it even worse.

Yeah, the blame can certainly be put on Rogue but he gave the three golden boys full range to implement whatever the fuck as seen by the non-asylum like content that came out at the end of V2 that ultimately killed the server. Who exactly was in charge of development at the time? Whose ideas were those? I'm sure you know the answer.

Because the "loud minority" wanted fights where the majority of people that wouldnt speak their mind wanted RP scenarios.

If people want to play a real ass Roleplay game they would go to Fivem. This has been a Light rp server and anyone trying to force Rp from the current playerbase or the Arma3 playerbase as a whole is Delusional. The gunplay in arma is Top Notch always has been. People dont launch a milsimgame to fucking rp

This is for the staff team in my opinion the best option in this situation keep v3. Because if you revert v2 only the people who grinded v3 will say the same thing so we will get to point 0 again, best thing revert v2 and add v3 with it. And i know the people grinded in v3 didnt spend a lot of time (like v2 players) grinding but its still took a lot of their time also. And IMO this is fair and nobody should complain
