Expand on the Union Role for Legal Players

I think the Workers Union is an awesome addition I just think that more legal work needs to be added to expand on that also just make the fields normal and not using 2d icons to run around and gather its tedious and rather unfun since the respawn time and rate can vary and be quite buggy and inconsistent. I think that Union members should get bonuses for all commodities with an extra emphasis on being legal only rp players.
