Flexibilyity Posted November 29 Report Share Posted November 29 I think bringing back oil cartel on the Oil Rig would encourage other people try to fight. It would bring something new to oil cartel as it is the only cartel to not move. Or simply find a new cartel spot to put in in. Link to comment
