What does Asylum have to offer players? (Advertisement Pitch, Community Engagement)

Though the title of this topic might be a bit misleading, the goal of this post is to see how the community would advertise the server or 'sell' the server to another player. In what way would you tell someone to come and play on Asylum? What are all the positive things? Or perhaps, why should someone not play on Asylum? What are all the bad things? I pitched a code redemption opportunity three different times and never heard anything unfortunately. 

TLDR: Let streamers apply for a code that would give you a bunch of in game stuff like money, some cars, a gear set, etc. This is a FREE way to start advertising which is the best kind of advertising for the server. 

A new player would type something in game like “!redeem zdeat” and would get a bunch of stuff.

I like it. How would you go about convincing someone that Asylum is the server they should play on?
