Ghosthawks

Its 2025, Asylum/ArmA is getting older by the day. Time to open the gates for content availability for all factions. Ghosthawks are dope and should be available for rebels to purchase. Can be added as an illegal vehicle and seized if captured by the APD. Also can add back the APD .50cal as an even trade.

Civilians currently have access to a lot of tools that cops do not have access to:

• Suicide vests (3 different tiers)
• RPGs
• Speed bombs
• IEDs
• Armed Offroads
• Qilin Miniguns
• Jeep Miniguns
• RGO Grenades
• Remote Engine Kill Switches
• more

Rebels were also already given access to Striders via Blood Money.
Not to mention, rebels are only bound by server rules and don't have to abide by any kind of strict policy the APD has to.

Given all that, why do you feel civilians need access to a Ghost Hawk? What benefits do they gain from having access to a Ghost Hawk?
If implemented, how do you feel civilians should be able to access Ghost Hawks?

This is my personal opinion and not reflective of anyone else's, but I don't feel it to be healthy to give different factions access to different things that make each faction unique. Faction identity I think is important. If you see a Ghost Hawk I think you should know right away that it is a cop.

I’ll give up my exclusiveness on the ghost hawk for the blackfish for Captains. 

I’ve never gotten the argument for this, why do Civs and rebels need everything the PD has?

there are 3 new captains and almost a whole new group of LT's from a year ago. what more do you want? do you want to be put in a captain spot or have your friends put in there? I've never understood this.

 

I only ask because I see you aren't whitelisted as a cop so I'm assuming you fucked up somewhere and got blacklisted or got removed for something and you just don't like the APD so now you constantly say "wipe the apd" as if its some magic solution to some fantasy you've concocted in your head.

in all the years I played on this server I never applied to cop once because there were always complete goobers like you on the helm. Little retards that think because they have a little authority ingame everyone should kiss their asses and should listen what they have to say even though they are retards.

I recently got cadet for the first time last year and played like 30 minutes in which I had to go to banks 3 times and listen to dumbasses about how they hate this and that gang. The gloating squealing of brain damaged idiots when they finally got the guys they hate and timeout them from playing was really something I never want to experience again. I logged off and never want to play with retards like that again.

This whole shit is fostered by higher ups like you especially that noone ever liked on civ then handjobbed their way to a rank in the apd .... where they kept being dumbfucks but now had an army of constables and cadets that had to play nice with them or could never be promoted.

 

WIPE THE APD get rid of forever retards like Akeelagi etc.

my guy im retired. ive been retired from 2018 lol i dont have anything to do with leadership of the APD. what are you on about? 

 

also who would you like to see in leadership spots that would be so much better then the 9 Lts and 3 captains we have now? give some names

Cadets or constables who barely know the rules so he can report and get them demoted so there’s a new captain to bully every week duh

The argument I made was if this was during prime Asylum I absolutely agree with your point. But those times are gone and we dont even maintain a huge server population on a game that is over a decade old. Why gatekeep a decent helicopter to a extremely limited number of players.

Saying that rebels have what you listed can be countered by free loadouts, flashbangs, spike strips, SWAT/SRT, PilotCoveralls with a tier 2 armor value vest, same helicopter selections as rebels minus the Taru and Mowhawk, etc... 

Im all for giving captains Blackfish in trade for it too, I truly don't see the point of gatekeeping certain content for certain factions when were constantly asking ourselves as a community what can we do to spruce up gameplay, especially for state we are currently in.
