Transfer Redux Ownership to Fitz

I was thinking that if we created a cycle where we transfer ownership back to Fitz, back to Jesse, back to Fitz, back to Jesse, back to Mitch for the lolz, back to Jesse, etc, that we can keep the server fresh with the 'new owner buff'. I was thinking if we did this monthly we could keep pop high and the server would be saved. 

Just kidding. This could be possible if literally anyone liked @Fitz, but sadly, no one does.
