Description: If you store crates here and people swim up to oil, you can spawn there, take out an sdar and mags, and light em up. This guarantees you the permanent capture of the oil cartel. This is the only house that is 70k+. There is only 1 40k house which cannot contain crates. I expect you to offer high because of exclusive location.

thats if they cant swim through the window and shoot you when you in the ass when you spawn and unlock the house.

you cant access inventory when underwater im pretty sure, but once you do own it you can just cmap your house and take rubber out every restart
