Believe me, they will be popular as they actually look good when done right. Look how sexy the examples I put up look, and what Jimbo suggested was a good idea. Put up a 'Goal' for example 'If we hit xx donations, said colour Ifrits will be purchasable" Many people will donate in order to have these awesome colours on their Ifrits when fighting cartels, or just spread them across the Donor Ranks, it might give people the reason to jump from Donor Lvl3 to 4. That gap doesn't offer much, and most people I know have no reason to donate above Tier 3, that might just be what is needed to get people to get to tier 4.

Trust me, people would rather have a swaggy Ifrit rather than the Camo'd version. Camo or not, they are very easy to spot regardless.

The original thought on that was that it's the cleanup script hitting it, so we put in protections to cause that from happening.  If it's still happening, then we'll need to see if we can figure out what is causing it to still do so.

@bamf I also noticed if I crashed my plane and it was still burning and I started another, it also did this.

The concept is to make the Ifrit a solid colour, but leaving some sections of it black so it looks good, not like the Hellcat, here is a example. It actually looks good without looking like its been dipped into paint.

You get the idea though, it works even better for colours such as Grey/Khaki/Light Blue etc..

Not black and grey, would blend in at night. If we get a black mrap, should be for apd captains, like the ghost hawk

Spawn in La Rochelle needs to be moved more to the left. @bamf

That hangar is special for some reason. The spawn is currently set (almost) dead center of that hangar. I moved it in the editor to the absolute middle last night and it spawns far left. Guess I'll have to move it outside.

Just did about 8 drug runs. Happened to me once...I'd say its a 5-10% chance of the plan disappearing and auto charging.

 

Also, Drug Runner 3 on Tanoa needs addressed. Plane spawning for this location is a bit messed up. When the plane spawns in, it does so in a way where the wing is more likely then not, going to get caught on the opening of the hanger. I'd suggest moving the plane spawn to the left a bit, closer to the Drug Runner NPC to avoid the plane becoming caught.

@bamf - If you wish to nerf the drug runner missions without completely plummeting it into the ground, there is one simple solution to fix that, no need to change payout, just make it harder to do, disable auto pilot landings, this will make it harder to land at all airfields and the statistics you posted yesterday will have a massive rise in failures.

Will discounts ever be fixed? It's been a while.

 

Also @bamf - There are numerous ways of making drug runner missions riskier without nerfing payout into the ground.

1) Remove the ATM at skydiving.

2) Remove auto-pilot landing.

3) Make it so you cannot abandon non auto-pilot-able missions.

good ideas! Much better than nerfing the actual payout... This should be good money to make but right now the missions are way to easy, especially with auto pilot.

Are you blind? or do you not play without NV's at night time for that real immersive experience? Black and Grey are perfectly easy to spot at night time, it wouldn't be a issue.

The APD already gets 2 Black MRAPs
