New with a quesiton

Hey guys, I am Vincent. I have decided to go ahead and buy Arma 3 after watching some videos on it , particularly about this server/ other life servers. I am pretty much completely new to and have a lot to learn control wise. I just thought I would make a small introduction, but I also have a question as to an error I had received when trying to join the game. It just says "Can't setup your session with the server. etc." . I don't know if anyone knows a solution to this problem or not , but I figured I should ask.

Restart comp, reinstall, uninstall mods, restart Arma. But hi I'm a pleb as well.
