Theres no such thing as a real perm unless its a 3rd party apps. Its more or less sometime's admins may get a little out of line and ban emotionally but they realize it in about a week when they calm down and you speak to them.

 

Ive been permed damn near 5 times now, and as it stands you just let things cool down for a bit and before long your account is in good standing again.
