Since @JediNarwals hasn't visited since March, I'm quickly updating the house guide to fit what is current.

 

Home Ownership Guide

 

 

• This guide is in place to help you understand which houses cost how much, and the information regarding storage crates for that size of a house.
• You must purchase a Homeowner's license to buy houses.
• The talent Citizenship this will allow you to purchase a homeowners license.
• You may also purchase the Home Owners license at either a home improvement store or a DMV this is what allows you to purchase a home.
• Once you have the license, you do not need to retain the talent to continue to purchase homes.

 

 

Information

 

Players can own up to FIVE(5) buildings, both houses and garages. They can have access to a SIXTH house by being in a gang.

 

Players can lock/unlock their homes and garages.

 

Players cannot share the keys to their home.

 

A gang can be created on a house, and anyone in that gang will have keys to the house.

 

Storage

• Small Storage Crate: $15,000, Has 500 inventory slots.

• Large Storage Crate: $20,000, Has 1000 inventory slots.

• Spirit Ageing Barrel: $10,000, Has 201 inventory slots, however, can only contain items made at the distillery such as scotch (Ageing barrels hold 67 scotch).

 

 

Homes

 

House (Large, Yellow) - Price: 220K

House (Large, Stone) - Price: 150K

 

• These houses hold THREE Storage Crates/Aging Barrels. You can spawn here.
  • One crate spawns on ground floor, two crates spawn upstairs in this house.

   

Industrial Shed - Price: 200K

• These sheds hold TWO Storage Crates/Aging Barrels. You can spawn here.
  • One crate spawns in the smaller room, the other spawns in the main warehouse room.
  • Industrial sheds act as garages, you can pull any vehicle from them. 

 

House (Big, White) - Price: 150K

House (Big, Yellow) - Price: 150K

House (Big, Stone) - Price: 150K

 

• These houses hold THREE Storage Crates. You can spawn here.
  • One crate spawns downstairs. Two spawn upstairs.

   

   

House (Small, Yellow) - Price:70K

House (Small, White) - Price: 70K

 

• These houses hold TWO Storage Crates. You can spawn here.

House (Stone) - Price: 70K

House (White) - Price: 70K

House (Yellow) - Price: 70K

 

• These houses hold TWO Storage Crates. You can spawn here.

Bungalow - Price: 70K

 

• This house holds TWO Storage Crates. You can spawn here.

House Addon - Price: 40K

 

• This house CANNOT hold storage. You can spawn here.

 

 

Garages

 

Garage (New) - Price: 60K

 

• This house CANNOT hold storage. You can only spawn here.
  • Garages can spawn vehicles that will fit inside of them. 
  • You can store your vehicles of any kind at a garage. 
  • Unlocking your Garage allows other players to store and retrieve vehicles on your garage. This doesn't effect you.

   

   

Player Tips for Housing

• It is often most beneficial to store gear in the least accessible crate in the house so players have a hard time destroying them.
• Snakes can path through your door and open it, even though it is locked.
• Check that your doors are closed when you log in, as they can lock outward.
• Check that your doors are indeed locked.
• Single story houses are very often and very easily raided, meaning if you own own, opt out of using Large Storage. Get a smaller crate.
• Glitching into houses IS NOT legal. Do NOT bypass a building to raid someones property.
• The house owner does not have to unlock the house to access their gear and item storage. However, the house has to be unlocked for anyone other than the owner to access storage.
• Crates will not spawn until the owner has manually shown them. They stay up until the owner logs out.
• When the owner of a house logs in, their house will lock.
