{R.O.A} Server 3 Application.

Hello,

{R.O.A} was created as a Rebel force on server 3,to insure all Cartels and DP23 are secured.

I Captain Krunch founder of Rebels of Altis ,have  created a force of rebels that should in time be able to operate on server 3, with no resistance what so ever.

However my Gang of hard Knocks, would love to make allies with all Rebel forces on server 3,and expose the corrupt A.P.D.
