Short Cut to Restrain

I've been thinking about it and it would be nice IMO  to have a restrain shortcut such as ctrl+r or somethinglike that.

 

Let me hear what you think.

would be kind of too easy to just run up on someone press Ctrl+R.

Same rules should apply, surrender or down for bounty hunters and civilians, and for cops wellego,  they can do this but I'm sure they will get in trouble for doing it

Asylum operates via the scroll wheel.  No reason to start adding shortcuts when all the interactions already have 1 nice mechanism.

The Arma 3 action menu is aids. How many times I've tried to restrain someone and *oops* open my inventory because the scroll wheel options moved around.

Exactly this. Scroll wheel is the worst action interaction option you can have.

Obviously you should be in range to restrain some one 1- 3 mts and the only who can restrain while not surrender/down will be the cops. I'm pretty sure they would prefer to shoot at you rather than running behind of you trying to restrain you.

Who says there isn't a shortcut to restraining some one already in the game? 

 

 Bullets restrain people very quickly.

Scroll wheel is a short cut, the default is control + r I believe.
