Allow tracer round to be made at the gun factory.  It makes no sense that I can get a illegal gun at the gun factory but yet I can't make tracer rounds. Yes they can be OP, BUT I'm sure if you leave it to gun factory, then it will be a bit harder for people to make the trip from kavala to gun factory and back. -Drifter the tiddy kisser
