Thank you. Now that I know a base. I'll pass. I already have a house in the area and a garage but, I was hoping for a shed to free up a slot. (It's a little out of my price range anyway)

Doesnt necessarily have to be 1mil but at the moment im looking at offers.... I DONT have to sell this but figured i may to find some new real estate
