Includes 2 Large crates inside great for storing guns / ingredients. Asking what I paid for it. 70k for house + 40k for 2 crates. This is a great deal because of the location. I could ask for more but I want to get rid of it to buy a house for scotch. I have made 100+ MK's from this house. Also includes some extra ingredients. Asking 110k.
