Getting an error while trying to donate...

Im getting this error on the site  Character data could not be found from your IP address (XXX.XXX.XX.X). If you haven't played from this computer before, log in to The Asylum before accessing this page.  and i play this server quite a lot so i dont know what is happening maybe some one does... ;''-(

Yeah a admin would need to link you're IP manually. Make a topic in donation support and a admin will gladly help you.

Send me a Private Message containing your player ID and the IP it says it can't link. Again, please send it privately, you definitely don't want that out on the public forums.
