processors are not fields it's not a 300m radius unless you see him inside the area of processor else if he's just passing by or 100m away near a tree taking down wood you or killing a rabbit you don't kill him without warning. just think about it for cocaine processor you don't shoot whoever passes by you should who is processing his cocaine.
