Problem logging into My Asylum, Can it be done without a static ip address?

Im sure im not the first person to ask this but i cant find any other topics in the forums. Is it possible to be a donator and have a my asylum account without having a static ip address? my primary internet connection is a verizon mobile broadband device which doesnt give out static ip addresses, instead it gives out leased ip addresses that change everytime you reset. Even when ive had the device and pc on for hours ill try to access the my asylum page and i get the same error, "character data not found, please log into the asylum before accessing this page". Ive tried getting online and playing for an hour or so and syncing to the server but that doesnt seem to do anything. any info would be helpful thanks.

Weird I've always wondered what would happen in this situation. I assume there's something in place for it. Waiting for a response.

i found an old post (well parts of it from google) that says if u dont have a static ip address you need a n admin to help link your account manually, i turned in a support form so hopefully they'll check it out :-)

Problem solved i think, for the first time ever in months it actually found my character data. Hopefully the data will still be saved when i log back in 2moro after my ip address changes when i have to reset my modem.
