Losing item inventory when waking up in hospital

Not sure if it has been discussed before. I searched it but didn't see a topic about it. Anyways every time I wake up in the hospital (talent) I have my gun and gear but no item inventory. This happens to others too right?

yeah it is anoying.  I hate losing all of my y

So do you propose:

1. The stuff gets duped to your "new" inventory and also dropped on death?

2. Your stuff doesn't drop at all if you wake up in hospital. 

I myself prefer #2 cause there'd be a chance that people who kill you for your stuff will end up with nothing.

 I really agree with number 2 I think it'd be great!

Makes sense to prevent duping although #2 might be cool.

agreed makes for more fights in kavala too with real armed rebels.  Not just pistol bangers... give them something to do
