Recently i was doing something illegal in Kavala and a cop flew a drone over. Am I allowed to shoot it down since I didn't want him seeing what I was doing or do I have to text the cops or something.

good question. we sh ot one down the other day not knowing it was a cops. we gave it a few warning shots. it kept flying so friend shot it down.

As far as i know u are free to shot it but be aware if caught u will be charged with destruction of property.

not 100 percent sure but i think you can, but if the cop is watching you as you shoot it you can get charged for destruction of police equipment not sure what the stand-in charge would be seeing as its not an actual charge.

any drone is a cop drone cause only cops can get them unless it was stolen which is unlikely

You are free to shoot down the drone. If you are caught you can be charged for it.
