Previous admin action: the last one I had was accidental CBL. was a long time ago. forgot by who :S

Why do you want to join us: Looking for a group of people to play with. You guys have been suggested to me by a few of my friends. Would love to get some cartel fights and police fights in with you guys.

About you : 22 yrs old. Been with Suicide Squad, NV, and New Era. Suicide Squad disbanded a while back and I left NV/NE for personal reasons. Doing my best to become a manager at my workplace. Pulled a 14hr/50min shift at my work the other day and it kicked my ass :S I never bother with side chat wars as well as flaming my own teammates so there's that... I play a few other games too like league of legends, osu, empyrion (not so much right now), and escape from tarkov.

you guys forgot about me :(

  4. Came across this situation recently. Me and some other cops I was rolling with pulled over a man. He was wanted for speeding. We wanted to search him so we asked him for his permission to search his person. He gave us the "ok". We searched his person and found 7.62 ammo on him. Common sense tells us "there must be a gun that goes with this ammo", so we used this as "probable cause" to search his car, and we found an MK1. The man argue'd that this was against the rules since there is nothing in the guidebook directly stating that ammo of an illegal gun is also "illegal".

However, let's take other forms of "probable cause" into account. Offroading. The charge itself isn't enough to allow officers to search a person or his vehicle against his consent, however if we witness the man offroading and we do not receive a good reason as to why he was offroading, then we are allowed to search his person and vehicle against his consent. Now, back to the situation at hand. In terms of the man not having enough of a charge to search him and his vehicle against his consent, common sense tells us there is a gun that goes with this ammo, therefore leading to the searching of his vehicle which can be tied to him directly through the "check registration" function.

Also, taking this into account: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/16E4SaqBQ9SOQuiyLB9O1_JkKs1GBmM9Zx8O2NQCeLsk/edit#gid=0

one could perceive, when viewing the "illegal firearms" section, that the ammo belonging to the respective illegal firearm is ALSO illegal, therefore allowing officers to apply that to "probable cause", let alone the lack of a designated ticket price.

    tl;dr

guy has ammo of an illegal gun on him. ammo is considered illegal through apd documentation/common sense says there's a gun to go with this. ammo gives officer probable cause to search vehicle.
