Vga. Saw on nvidia forums to buy a dvi cord. No slot for HDMI.

I just upgraded my GPU to the Evga gtx 970 4gb, waiting on my CPU to be delivered but I went ahead and put it in and installed all the drivers but on Arma there are lines constantly moving up and down. I turned on v- sync in the driver settings and on arma and still nothing. Anyone know how to fix this?

I am about to upgrade my PC finally. Does anyone have any suggestions for what would be best? I'm thinking about spending about $700 on the new skylake shit. I already have a 970 just need an upgrade from the amd 6300 and can't go over $700. Just want to get 50-60 fps in asylum (if possible).
