Crafted a mohawk once, it spawned underneath something thatl ooked like pipelines, gl taking off with that had to camp the place til it despawned

But in all seriousness just avoid people and/or hot spot areas as much as possible. Most people use shadowplay so if something happens, they can save the last ~10min without causing any performance issues. Other than that, there is not much you can do. Rdmers are being constantly banned and it isn't always instant because of the process that needs to be gone through to insure a correct decision is made on the matter.

Then go craft ur helicopter and u wont have to buy it at the rebel base.
Also there should be a vehicle spawn garage at Black Market and Vehicle Factory, cuz i crafted a Mohawk once and it spawned underneath alot of shit so i had to camp it for it to despawn after 15 min
