It is also walking distance to the Altis Distillery, for all your scotch needs. There is also a cartel location just north of this house, which can be reached by pulling a vehicle out of your garage at the drug runner. No need to buy a garage! Note: The price on this house is high for a reason. When you purchase this house, you basically are getting a free garage with it that is located less than 20 meters away. This garage is at the Drug Runner NPC, and can be used to pull ANY vehicle unlike a regular garage that can only pull vehicles smaller than a box truck.
