wts the BEST Heroin Field house (1C just a several meters from closest gathering area)

This 1C is easily the best property at the Heroin Field. Not only is it the closest to the gathering zone (maybe 10m from closest spot to gather), but it also overlooks the main area. You could spawn in and just look out the window to see whether anyone is at the field or not. Main benefit of owning this house is picking opium and storing it in the house rather than a vehicle, so you cannot get robbed for more than an inventory's worth of opium. Then, you can simply pull up sometime, spend just a minute or two loading up, and drive away. Much more simple. Much less problems.

It is on the market for 900K but I will also accept the highest bidder (so long as it is reasonable).
