Question/Help - Tilde Key

Ok... I don't know if it's me, or Asylum.. probably me.  But every time I try to Tilde someone, it literally doesn't work 90% of the time....

I see all these montages, and people tilde someone from so far out....

I even tried to scroll wheel mouse.. so u get that circle.... and try it that way, doesn't work!

well back in the old day u could tilde from a world away so "they" made it work like how it does "working as intended" fits perfectly

i can be driving with a car right in front of me.... it barely works.

Its like where your characters eyes are looking, so its iffy sometimes.

Just have to live with it sadly. Makes it hard to initiate.
