My inventory are gone after Restart on the server

every time its restart on the server i lose all my items in my inventory? and my car is gone to. happend 4 times today

They may have been hard restarts.

Hard restarts shouldn't cause you to loose your gear off your person. What were you doing at the time of the restarts and did you sync before it restarted? I had this happen to me a while ago whIle i was diving for goods. But it didn't happen more than once.
