Both purchased houses missing?

I spent about 800k on two houses,and apparently I no longer own these houses?
I've taken a break from asylum, schooling and what not; you know, real life stuff.

Get back on and they're now both claimed by someone else, all my product is gone.

Everything I worked for has pretty much vanished, do houses reset? If so, is there an appeal I can make to get them back? Thank you.

They reset after 60-90 days of not being on

How unfortunate, is there any appeal to get them back, Lol I'll pay to get them back if I have to.
That's kind of ridiculous the span of days is only around 3 months.

nope, after 60-90 days, you lose it and you need to rebuy it before someone buys it from you

After 2 months of inactivity (From the server you own the house(s) on they are removed from your ownership and resold to market (You do not get comp)

I'm pretty sure its just inactivity from Asylum, not a specific server. I have owned the same server 4 house and didn't join it for months and still kept the house.
