Well I'm pretty new at this game... but my problem is that I spawn in at any city in your servers... and nearly everytime I go to an atm i get this hands up voice... and I'm just wondering if that's normal on these servers? its pretty hard for a newbie like me to get started... any feedback or advice is appreciated.

There should just be a timer on city spawns for civ just like cop. Just to prevent chain spawning and causing problems. Make it five minutes. Then you have to deal with less stupid. Because most Kavala retards wont wait 5 minutes.

Get friends and there are way more atms than the DMV. Kavala alone has 6 to choose from just in the city.  DMV, Hospital, Office by gun shop, Bounty shop, police HQ, and gas station.

Spawn, go to a different atm and pull money, the trolls camp dmv.

well after I put in this message I actually made myself count a little more :-D so I guess I just had bad luck with ppl... even spawning in sofia and pyrgos... well thanks for all the replys anyway :-D
