being a medic

hi guys so i am new to this server and i was wanting to be a medic so i could help out the community however when i spawn in and try get a ambulance out their is no vehicle in the hospital garage how do i get an ambulance out

To add to that, I noticed that under the police there is a medic there, is that like a normal medic role for whitelisted members or a medic just for police? I like being a medic and getting whitelisted for the role if it is the same is a path I'd be interested in taking.
