AMD Gaming Evolved not recording sound?

hey just wondering if anyone has some insight as to why AMD GE wont record sound when i record

Not recording any sound at all? Make sure your sound settings are enabled for in-game sound and microphone. If your recordings aren't picking up your microphone then make sure you have your microphone set as your default, and default communications, device in your sound manager. Also make sure this is the case with your headset/speakers, I know that you can change what audio device some games play through (WoW being an example) so make sure your speakers/microphone are set to defaults.

Other things to try:

• Test with several games
• Restart AMD Gaming Evolved (Make sure process is ended)
• Restart computer

Post back with your results and I'll see if there is anything more I can do to help.

ya i have both set to default and i tried recording war thunder and same thing. tried re downloading the program, didn't work. any other easy to use programs that record like a 5min clip at a time

Open Broadcaster Software or Nvidia Shadowplay (If you have an Nvidia card). For more info / suggestions:

it records my mic and game sounds fine. But fucking hell no idea why that program doesn't allow capturing windows sounds, like teamspeak...
