Location is everything with this home! I owned this very same home, and sold it once before for $750k. As you can see, the person next to me, has it for sale for 1 million..? $249,000 for this house is a steal, I'm looking for quick cash. If it doesnt sell within the first few days its going up to $329,000 so if you are on the fence, maybe this will help you.
