I am a solo player with a demanding career, and a family on top of it. What I've done to continue to grow my net worth doesnt take a lot of time grinding out supplies, or even spending time in the game. What I do is simple, but takes a little liquid cash to get started. With the influx of new players, and new-ish players looking to buy property, I have made it a point to take total ownership of all properties for sale, not by owner, but by the government, and I add a 30% increase on the original cost. I go house to house, state wide, all cities, and I purchase them. My last real estate endeavor I dropped over 2 million in houses, and I logged on today, with every single house sold, and made over 3.5 million back. The return is not instant, and in most cases takes a few weeks to see the return on investment, but with patience, this is by far the most efficient way to make money, as Ive made over 5 million with less than 3 hours of game play. #facts Some may not agree, or even disagree strongly, but you cannot debate factual evidence. it's 15 houses... and they dont lose value. Make no mistake, as long as I'm priced fair, which I am, I will sell every single one of these houses.

Location is everything with this home! I owned this very same home, and sold it once before for $750k. As you can see, the person next to me, has it for sale for 1 million..? $249,000 for this house is a steal, I'm looking for quick cash. I've sold 7 of my 15 houses each with a minimum of a 50k profit. I've made 400k this week, and have less than 10 minutes play time. Just purchased 7 more, priced the same. All in Sofia, on all 3 servers. I've earned my Tycoon Status doing exactly this. Bump.

I've earned a great majority of my Tycoon status of buying and selling property in the game. Capitalism still exist in game, especially when it comes to supply and demand. I have all available houses in Sofia, so essentially anyone from this point forward anyone who wants to own a house in Sofia has to come through me. I've made more money offline, than I have online, and this is how Ive done it.

Why what?

I have 15 houses for sale in Sofia spanning all three servers. They are priced extremely competetive, only just a small percentage above regular asking price. The prices range from 99k for the 70k house, and 199k for the 150k house. Here is a screen shot of server 1. https://imgur.com/a/6NOddlT

Fair enough, but what would be a good price? Even garages go for $150k on server 1. I assumed that 199k for an actual house inside a main city would be a fair price...

Its near the Jewelry shop, and can be found on the for sale by owner listing. I have no idea if this is a good price or bad price... I dont know what values are, Im just looking to sell it quick.

I have a three year old. Its progessively gets better. The first 6 months or so theres no sleep whatsoever, and then after that it's making sure he/she doesnt kill her/himself walking around the house... Then, its awful....... their learning to talk and converse, and the nonstop energy! Kids are awesome man, stick with it, its gets WAAAAAAAAAAAY better around 2.5/3 yr mark.

Every 60 seconds or so. Three times logged in, and within 60 seconds (or slightly longer) I was battle eye kicked each time. What's weird is aside from one or two a week, it's now every 60 seconds... and only on Asylum.. Am I the only one getting this issue this FREQUENT?

Yes, I am sure. For whatever reason my house crate will only hold 2 of whatever type of ammo it is, and the rest despawns once I log out. This is a very specific glitch. I will provide video evidence for the teenage trolls.

Do you truly lack the intelligence that your post suggests? This is what happens when a community is saturated with children. No shocker to find out that only morons, and the unemployed reply. LOL
