No Briefcase Bug

I have noticed for the past week or so that whenever someone has died/been killed, their virtual inventory does not fall on the ground. I have tested this on one of my mates as well, knowing that they have stuff in their inventory, and nothing falls after death. However, if you manually "drop it", a briefcase will appear. 

Can anyone else confirm this?

Yes, I rexred admins when I found out this (Revenge X was on) and hoped he would tell paratus. I also posted on one of the patch notes this bug.

Haven't seen shit drop for 1 week now.

Outside of one defib.  That was a magical defib.  But honestly, this is utterly game breaking.  In need of hotfix.
