Thank you very much! This was helpful. I apologize for not including this in the initial question but this has come to my attention. How do you unholster a weapon? Once it's holstered, it's usually impossible for me to get it back out unless I exit a vehicle. Is there a keybind/option I can change for this?

Howdy, I'm a bit new to the community so I'm just tryna get caught up on a few lingering questions I haven't quite been able to resolve. Regarding bounty hunters, 1) Can you only restrain the individual that you've downed/are hunting? 2) Can you just use scroll wheel to restrain folks (and if not, what?), 3) How do you put restrained individuals in a vehicle, and 4) Once you're at a police HQ or bounty hunter HQ, what steps do you need to take to secure your bounty? Thanks, I'm new to this so the mechanics and keybinds are still a little bit confusing
