Keep the chat on side chat, just get rid of the voice

Last patch says the voice over side block was enhanced, havent seen a difference. Voice over side is worthless and only has a negative impact on the servers. Get rid of it asap. Plus the personal cell calls make it so any players can communicate, if they want to, with each other.

I am here to ensure all you maggots stay in line. In other news, I have developped an autorun functon when I het stranded, permits me to better enjoy my coffee and newspaper. (Will attach pic when i can)
