Litteraly just for help

K so I know this is kinda old, but I have the same exact problem as this dude but I tried all things reccomended here and nothing works, also when I launch with the x64 I cant use any content except campaigns. I also recently wiped my hard drive and if I have to again imma have a fucking brain aneurysm.
