Today in Altis on a cold New Years Eve, several events transpired:
Fund raiser
We tried to get a statement from Aden, who politely explained to us in a logical manner that he didn't want to give a statement. My coworker (Mubby) proceeded to persuade him otherwise.
The method Mubby used was so effective and endearing that Aden offered to throw Mubby a $20k fund raiser in his name.
Purple Truck
Thad Castle drives a purple pick up truck. When questioned about his color choice, he proceeded to say that he bought the purple colored truck, because it was purple. Fascinating.
Slave Labor
When we interviewed Paul today, he started to explain how what an average day was like for a weed farmer. It was akin to slave-wages, in which he spends 15mins farming for weed and only receives $4k for it. Unfortunately for Paul, this isn't enough to satisfy his drifter lifestyle.
Static white noise
We came across a particular individual called Sparks, who spoke in a strange static white-noise tongue. We didn't have a static white-noise translator with us today unfortunately (not in the budget).
10 yr old cocaine running
Dane, another 10 yr old who forced to do cocaine runs against his will. After he farms the cocaine, he has to sell it to other kids.

Homeless problem in Altis
HAL9000 is a homeless man living in Kavala. When we tried interviewing him, he was cut short by justi who was trying to steal his garbage can.
Color family
mr. white and mr. purple are married and are having marital issues. These issues sometimes spill out onto the streets of Kavala, endangering the local populous.
