Hello i am brand new on the server. when i walk up to dmv or the atm im not sure how to use them? if someone could give me some tips that would be great thanks.

Hello everyone i recently started playing on the server. Every time i try to play the server it tells me server requires arma2net; i thought that i had installed arma2net but its not picking up the mod so maybe i did not install it right. i'm not sure how to get it set up properly.
