Is this a thing already?

Now that upgrades are common, add a device we can buy to scan vehicles before we start to lock pick. Probably should cost a few thousand and take a few weight spots and using it takes ~30 seconds. Use it on a vehicle and it will tell you if it has an alarm, tracker, upgraded locks, weight capacity, and maybe if anything is in it. 

Or at least a device we can scan vehicles with after acquiring keys that shows if it is being tracked.
