It was the April Fools Day event lol.  "E.O.C has been added to OSRS"  come to find out, it's "Evolution of Cabbage" and you pick cabbages to lvl 120 and get a Cabbage Picking skillcape.

I got permed for botting shortly after the evolution of combat update.  I botted so many steel bars and rock crabs.  I wish their detection was still shit as I miss how easy and riskless it was to bot anything and not even have to worry about getting banned.  Not how it is now and I miss it.
