Removal of tilde key

There are a large number of players that simply spam the tilde key and rotate to find targets.

This takes away from not only the fundamental idea of concealment as well as cover.

As players in a game where ambient noise and other tell tale signs of something around you. 

Be it the sound of an engine, or car door. As well as footsteps while in the field. This would require players to play as intended moving slowly etc on regards to combat.

What needs fixing is rebinding Command view and tilda 2.

Thats not how it works, the player you are using tilde on needs to be visible to your character in first person, so you cannot sit behind a rock and spam a forest hoping it will work, you will need to expose yourself and peak over the rock then using tilde key and hope to find one. Or just get good at spotting
